Tradier Brokerage Inc.

A cyberattack on August 28, 2026 hit Etna Software Corporation, the vendor running Tradier's order management system and pre-trade controls, exposing customer names, addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, and tax IDs. State filings count 9,404 Texas and 1,580 Massachusetts residents so far, and the entry point and attacker go unnamed. Tradier's own network held, a comfort that ends where the customer records actually sat: inside a vendor's systems. The boundary was wherever the order flow ran, not inside Tradier's own defensive perimeter.
