Automated tooling pulled names, addresses, card numbers, and expiration dates from Revolve accounts where customers had saved payment details, in an intrusion dated only to September 11. State filings put the count at 179,259 or more; how the automation got in, Revolve has not said. Every saved card turned a login into a wallet. Revolve expects no material financial impact and offers no monitoring, which settles who absorbs the cost.
