VVerifiedAn unauthorized party reached OFX, parent of USForex, on September 28, 2026, getting into files holding names, birthdates, contact details, transfer and recipient records, and answers to secret questions. The notice does not say how they got in or how many people are affected. By OFX's account, the client-platform databases were untouched, so the exposure lived in files kept outside them, job applicants included. Answers to secret questions were designed never to change, and now a stranger holds them too.
