AAttestedIn The Phillipines, the LTFRB pulled its entire LESS platform offline after confirming a breach it still cannot describe: no named entry point, no confirmed actor, no verified data type or record count, months after outside claims of 7.7 gigabytes and 16 million exposed rows. Personnel files, vehicle registrations, and franchise records all live inside one data environment, so when that environment failed, the whole agency went dark at once.

About this record
This incident is beyond the filings: attributed to a company statement, a regulator or court record, or a news report, and graded Attested or Inferred. Every figure links to the source it was read from; if we have read one wrong, tell us at info@hackerinahoodie.com. This index never sums figures across incidents. See the methodology.
