AAttestedRosstat's main website and regional portals were hit from Oct. 29 to Nov. 1, 2026, with Belarusian Cyber Partisans and Silent Crow posting messages on the agency's own pages. The groups claim 23 terabytes stolen, war-loss data included; Rosstat denies that any database was leaked and has not said how they got in. Monitoring that caught it in time still left the attackers holding the microphone and the main site dark. The national and regional portals fell together, one failure domain dressed as many.
