Bee Cheng Hiang's marketing team prompted an AI tool to write the code for a mass email in April 2025, and the resulting script left all 95,364 recipients' addresses visible to each other. The only test run checked delivery logs, not the actual email that went out. PDPC calls this Singapore's first AI-related breach, but the tool did exactly what it was told. The missing control was a human reading the output before it shipped.
