New Hampshire Supreme CourtSep 2026
breach at Thomson Reuters
An unauthorized user reached names and addresses tied to New Hampshire cases filed between 2002 and 2015, sitting inside C-Track, the case management platform that West Publishing, a subsidiary of Thomson Reuters, runs for court systems across 11 states, Canada, and the Virgin Islands. The source names no entry point and no actor, only a March 2026 intrusion found on June 30. One vendor's platform became the shared perimeter for a dozen separate judiciaries. The exposure lived entirely inside West Publishing's own database, walled off from the other judicial branch's systems that were never touched.

This incident is beyond the filings: attributed to a company statement, a regulator or court record, or a news report, and graded Attested or Inferred. Every figure links to the source it was read from; if we have read one wrong, tell us at info@hackerinahoodie.com. This index never sums figures across incidents. See the methodology.
