Resource Center of DallasSep 2026
An unauthorized party sat inside the Resource Center of Dallas's network for eight days in February 2026 before anyone noticed; the disclosure never says how it got in, which is its own answer about what was being watched. What the adversary took was not a card number but the full architecture of a person: medical information, health insurance details, Social Security numbers, and the record of care sought at an LGBTQIA+ health provider. The review took until July to even confirm what was gone. Eight days inside a network with no detection is a design flaw that let nearly 13,000 patients' records leave with zero friction.
