Elixir Medical Corporation

An unauthorized party reached Elixir Medical's network over two days in July 2026; the entry point and actor go unnamed. By August, the exposed files held Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, card numbers, medical details, and bank information for employees, consultants, and dependents. The notice spends one-half of a page providing no details on how Elixir was breached or how many records were exposed, but then spends three and a half pages telling the victims how they can protect themselves against damaging use of their personal data.
