Blueberry PediatricsAug 2026
Not yet quantified
VVerifiedA criminal used a Metabase flaw to copy pediatric records out of Blueberry Pediatrics' analytics platform, found August 22, 2026: names, birthdates, insurance numbers, medical records, billing codes, for a count nobody has determined. Between August 9 and 12, a different attacker reached Photon, its prescription vendor, through the same flaw. A business intelligence tool held the whole chart, and the shared software made the two vendors one failure domain. No Social Security or card numbers, the notice stresses; only a child's medical history, which cannot be reissued.
